This power smoothie takes care of those leafy greens and herbs you need and also gets you Vitamin K, A, and C with the Parsley and Kale thrown in the mix.

1/2 Cup Milk (Organic Whole Milk or Nut Milk)
1/2 Frozen Banana
1 Tbsp. White Chia Seeds
1 Cup Packed Kale
1/2 Cup Chopped Cucumber
4-5 Sprigs of Parsley
4 Mint Leaves
Top with Cacao Nibs
Throw it all into a blender, top with the cacao nibs and enjoy!
