This is a protein packed SuperFood Yogurt Parfait from Olivia Nadon, recent graduate of Northwest Culinary Academy of Vancouver.
What makes this recipe healthy: it is a true food, no additives combination. The dairy is whole and untouched. Each ingredient has minerals and vitamins that contribute to overall good health and high energy.
1/2 Cup Whole Milk Greek Yogurt
1/2 Banana (warmed)
1 Tbsp. Dried goji berries
1 Tsp. Cacao nibs
1 Tbsp. Hemp Seeds
1/2 Tbsp. Shredded Unsweetened Coconut
1 Tsp. Bee Pollen
1/4 Tsp. Grated Whole Nutmeg
FUN FACT: Bee pollen is more rich in proteins than any animal source. It contains more amino acids than beef, eggs, or cheese of equal weight.
1. Place the yogurt at the bottom of your cup or bowl
2. Add the warmed bananas on top of the yogurt
3. Layer on the remaining ingredients
