Learn this Elástico and Hocus Pocus Move from Become Elite
Elástico and Hocus Pocus Move Tutorial! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Elástico: 1. Start with the ball on the ground and in the center of your body. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Push the ball out wide using the outside of your foot you want to perform the move with. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. As the ball is rolling away from your body, carry your foot from the inside of the ball to the outside and quickly turn your foot in using the instep/toe area of your foot. It should look fluid and fast! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Hocus Pocus: 1. This is essentially the same move just reversed and done behind your opposite leg. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Step forward in front of the ball with your plant foot and as you do tap the ball behind your plant foot using the instep/toe area of your foot that is performing the move. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. As the ball is rolling away, carry your foot from the inside of the ball to the outside and using the top of your toes/laces tap the ball in front of your plant foot. Again, this move should be fast and fluid! #BecomeElite ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
