1x1 Yard Freestyle Box Drill from Become Elite
1x1 yard Freestyle Box Drill Fantastic drill to work on tight space dribbling and your creativity on the ball. Most of the time in a game you don't plan your next move, your instincts take over. This isn't a structured exercise, what you do with the ball inside the box is completely up to you. 1. Create a 1x1 yard box by placing four cones on the ground. 2. Dribble around inside the box using whatever moves and whatever part of the foot you can think of. 3. Try to make it fast, fluid, and full of variety. #BecomeElite

Two Drills from Amplified Soccer Athlete for Developing Quick Feet
Working on developing quick feet. Take three cones and face a partner. The cone on the right is "1" and the one on the left is "2" Each one can take turns yelling 1 or 2 and you have to shuffle your feet as quickly as possible to that cone and back to the middle trying to go faster than your partner. Keep a low athletic stance and don't cross your feet.
