Heel Juggle from Become Elite
How to heel juggle! A fun trick to impress your friends in a juggling circle. 1. Start by performing small juggles below your knee with either foot. 2. While juggling, maneuver the ball so that it is on the side of your dominant leg. 3. When ready, lift up your toe and hit the ball so that it flies backwards towards you, but since it is on the side of your body it should go behind you. 4. As it does, twist so you can look behind you and lift up the back heel of your left foot and make solid contact with the ball on the center of your heel. 5. Hit it lightly, even a small tap will make the ball really bounce high. 6. To get the ball back in front of you just lift your heel higher so that it will hit the ball back in front of you. #BecomeElite
