We have had a HUGE amount of people asking what kind of drills that Alex does with #beastmodesoccer Obviously we do a lot of finishing and forward specific movement, with a focus on excellence and consistency. The first drill is footwork, body shape cone work followed by finishing. The second one is the same drill but with an awkward feed for the first shot, aerial toss for the second finish. Try it out, change it for your particularly needs as a player. 3 reps. 3 sets each drill.
