Juggle/Plank Shuttle from Become Elite
Juggle/Plank Shuttle! Here's a good drill to do that incorporates juggling, fast paced dribbling, sharp cuts, and some fitness/isometric holds. 1. Start by juggling the ball for 1 minute straight. Try to do below knee alternating juggles. 2. After 1 minute, drop the ball down and sprint out 10-20 yards with the ball to a cone or line, perform a cut, and sprint back. 3. As soon as you get to your starting spot, stop the ball, drop down, and do a plank for 1 minute straight. 4. Stand up and repeat. Do 5 sets of this without taking a rest! Your rest should be your juggling time. #BecomeElite
