Rhythmic Resets with @cvanslam this morning. Start with an alternating rollover reset, then add in a pullback "L" to rollover reset on the right and on the left. Great warm up before skill sessions. Focus on repositioning the feet, quickly using lateral and forward hops. Dribbling pattern obstacle course before the sun came up. Set up a series of cones with each obstacle 10 yards apart to gain speed into the next one. Alternate dribbling with making a move on another set of cones. Repeat at least five times for a serious workout with a lot of touches and ball control.
