Juggling Drill from Become Elite

Juggling drill! Here's a great drill to work on your touch, control, and juggling skill all while on the move. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ How to: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Set up two cones about 20 yards apart and start with the ball at either end. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Start juggling the ball in place using only your feet. Try to alternate each juggle between both feet as this will make it easier when you start running. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 3. As you take a step forward with your right foot, tap the ball upwards and to your left side. Try to keep the ball below waist height. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 4. Step down with your right foot and begin your step with your left. Your left foot should be in the air and right foot on the ground now. Hit the ball with your left up and towards your right. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 5. Continue this pattern until you get to the end, then turn around, and repeat coming back without dropping the ball. The goal should be to take a touch with every step you take (right and left) and to make it as fluid and close to your natural run as possible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ Let's see how many times you can go back and forth without dropping it! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #BecomeElite ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
