Wall Box Drill from Become Elite
Wall Box Drill! This is a great drill to do to work in passing and first touch. 1. Find a solid wall to pass off of. I went to a local school and used a wall in their playground. 2. Create a box about 3-4 yards away from the wall and stand in the center with the ball at your feet. 3. Pass the ball squarely and with pace off of the wall so that it comes directly back to you. 4. Take a touch to keep the ball into the square and then blast off another pass. 5. Keep going for as many passes as possible then switch feet. #BecomeElite
