T-Cone Dribbling Drill from Become Elite
T-Cone Dribbling Drill: ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 1. Set up a "T" with cones like how I did in the video. I put about 5 yards between each cone. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 2. Start at the base of the T with the ball at your feet. 3. On go, sprint out the to center cone of your set up. Using your right foot, approach the cone on the left side and spin clockwise by tapping the ball with the outside of your right foot until your facing the left. 4. Repeat this approach and turn for every cone. Spin around the left cone, come back to the center, spin a full 360 degrees around the center, continue on to the right cone, spin around, then back to the center once more, finally spin around the center cone and explode out back to where you initially started. 5. Work on keeping the ball as close to you and close to the cones on your spins as possible. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ 6. Once done, repeat the drill with your left foot. Note, when using the outside of your left foot, approach the cones on the right side and spin counter-clockwise. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ #BecomeElite ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
