Wednesday means two things, soccer social returns and hump day jokes abound.
This week Maurice Edu enjoyed a big win from his Philadelphia Union and attended Made In America. Los Angeles Football Club is looking for some advice. DC United teams up with the National Foundation for Infectious Diseases. Stuart Holden won my unofficial Labor Day social post contest and much more...
The soon to be MLS expansion club, Los Angeles Football Club, is soliciting fan input for their color scheme. What do you think, Platinum Blonde?
Despite being injured, Maurice Edu had a great week. He was clearly hyped when the man with the bowling ball head, Conor Casey, doinked two off that beautiful dome to secure a win for the Union. He also took the opportunity to attend Jay Z's Made In America festival in Philly. #jelly
D.C. United and Ben Olson are getting the National Foundation for Infectious Disease's word out. Mr. Olson doesn't play games with vaccines...
The winner of my unofficial and unannounced Labor Day photo contest..... Stuart Holden! For some reason I didn't get the invite to this pool party, weird because I dominate pool slides.
There isn't much explanation needed for why this next post is hilarious. The Chicago Red Stars spent a day at Six Flags and they took slo mo video. Lawl.
The US U23's finished their Olympic Qualifying training camp in England with a 2-0 win over Qatar. Earlier in the week they lost 1-0 to England. After making his U23 debut against England on Sept. 3 Matt Polster was feeling patriotic and Gboly Ariyibi followed up his U23 debut with his first goal for the United States.
Nice to end this campaign with a win against Qatar, also happy to score my first goal for the U.S. 👍🏾⚽️🇺🇸— Gboly Ariyibi (@GbolyAriyibi) September 8, 2015
Finally, Taylor Twellman and Ian Darke show us why it is best to only be on camera from the waist up. Although they seem eager to show off their little short pants outfits.
